Network daemon relicensed to AGPL-3.0-or-later. Engine primitives (v37/, core primitives, btclibs) are provided by the Apache-2.0 c2pool-core-engine and are NOT relicensed here; btclibs Bitcoin-origin MIT notices remain. HELD on branch pending explicit operator merge approval (P4).
