Telegram output is now split into focused messages for agent replies, tool calls, commands, plans, reasoning, and file changes. Commands use Bash code blocks, tool calls use a compact name, and completed turns are marked with a reaction on the final agent reply. Configure TELEGRAM_COMPLETION_REACTION_CUSTOM_EMOJI_ID for a custom checkmark; otherwise Agentger uses the supported built-in 👍 reaction.
