  • Re-publish of v0.2.0 under a fresh tag. v0.2.0's tag name was permanently reserved on the GitHub mirror by GitHub's Immutable Releases policy during a history-signing cleanup, blocking the GitLab → GitHub mirror push for that one ref. v0.2.1 has no functional changes from v0.2.0; the source tree differs only in <Version> (0.2.0 → 0.2.1) and this CHANGELOG entry.
