Try AppVeyor as a completement to TC

Only works for master, unlike travis which works for all branches and for pull requests.
May AppVeyor is better on this regard.

Yes, I'll set things up. AppVeyor can run on multiple branches, but it doesn't yet support building on pull request. Subscribe to Auto-run tests on pull requests in Github. That feature would be terrific for everyone.
