FSharpLint silently ignores fsharplint.json if it has invalid JSON #550
Description
It could happen that one developer forgets a comma by mistake in the fsharplint.json file. In this case, instead of FSharpLint failing with a parsing error, FSharpLint uses the default settings instead, and the developer gets super confused.
