This is a continuation of #1226, adding documentation and tests for the 10 most common use cases for
copy,getandput. Tests that should succeed but do not are commented out, I have opened issues for these (#1231, #1232, #1233, #1234).I have also modified some of the existing documentation where a trailing slash is optional for a target directory to encourage users to include it.
I would like to merge this before fixing any of the issues as then the new tests will be available and we can be sure that the individual fixes do not break any of the other tests.
