Fixed event-loop mismatch in AdaptiveReadaheadCache after fsspec.asyn.reset_lock() or with a custom loop. When fsspec initializes BackgroundPrefetcher on a loop that differs from gcsfs.loop, GCSFile and ZonalFile now rebind the prefetcher to gcsfs.loop.
