Bug Fix
- Root cause found:
nvmeSMARTLog struct is 232 bytes but copy() was writing 512 bytes into it via unsafe pointer, corrupting the stack and causing nil pointer panics
- Fix: Only copy
unsafe.Sizeof(log) bytes into the struct
- Also fixed: smartctl fallback was adding duplicate entries because the
covered map used namespace names (nvme0n1) while smartctl uses controller names (nvme0)
