New: xtop -app-doctor — deep application health analysis with saved report

Usage: sudo xtop -app-doctor

What it does:

  1. Discovers all running apps (MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Nginx, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  2. Collects 10 samples over 30 seconds for statistical accuracy
  3. Analyzes resource usage + app-specific deep metrics
  4. Generates findings with clear Problem/Impact/Fix format
  5. Saves full Markdown report to file — ready to email to team as evidence

App-specific analysis:

  • MongoDB: cache pressure, connections, replication lag, lock contention, collection scans
  • MySQL: buffer pool hit ratio, thread contention, slow queries
  • Redis: memory vs maxmemory, cache hit ratio
  • PostgreSQL: cache hit ratio
  • Nginx: active connections
  • Elasticsearch: cluster health status
