Fix: Instant quit — no more 5+ second hang on exit

Root cause: 16 sentinel eBPF probes + 4 security watchdog probes + app collectors were all closed sequentially on quit. Each probe detach is a kernel syscall taking 100-500ms.

Fix:

• All eBPF probes now close in parallel (sentinel: 16 probes, secwatchdog: 4 probes)
• Engine.Close() runs sentinel, secwatchdog, and registry cleanup concurrently
• Hard 2-second timeout — if kernel cleanup is slow, process exits anyway (kernel auto-cleans BPF on process death)

Before: 5-8 seconds to quit
After: <0.5 seconds
