• Removed Auto-Ignore Files. Existing filter rules are no longer applied, preventing selected files and folders from being unintentionally excluded.
• Improved the initial visibility of selection checkboxes. They now appear on hover or remain visible when selected, reducing visual clutter in repository listings.
• Improved right-click downloads with more accurate file and folder targeting and better stale-state handling, preventing the wrong item from being downloaded.
