Support Windows MSIX Claude Desktop

Resolution order:

1. environment variable CLAUDE_DESKTOP_CONFIG
2. Claude Desktop MSIX virtualized path (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\*Claude*\LocalCache\Roaming\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json), when an MSIX install is detected
3. %APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json

When multiple MSIX candidates are found, cdcasasagi auto-picks the only one with an existing config file, or otherwise asks you to set CLAUDE_DESKTOP_CONFIG.

• config_path: auto-fall back to Windows MSIX virtualized path by @ftnext in #54
