Update notifications

  • Tells you once per session when someone in your guild, party or raid is
    running a newer release.
  • The "Update Notices" button in the options toolbar silences the message; your
    own version is still shared, which is what tells everyone else.
  • Only players on 0.5.0 or later announce their version, so nobody on 0.4.0 is
    told about this release.
  • /wa ver reports your version and the newest one heard this session.
