Text auras, and better text options

• New "Text" region type: a line of text on its own, either sized to fit its
  words or fixed with the text wrapping inside.
• Font options on any text: font, outline, justification, line spacing and
  shadow.
• Format options per placeholder: time, big numbers, money, abbreviation and
  padding.
• %c custom text on text auras, with your own Lua behind it. Custom text never
  travels in an export or a chat link.
• An aura using a region type this addon does not have says so instead of
  failing to load.
• Fixed an error when sorting a dynamic group whose child has no timer.
