Three core releases arrive with this one. Highlights:
- Codex monitor is out of beta and is offered first for Codex agents
- herdr support: agents can be placed into herdr panes
- Real-time delivery for OpenCode through the opencode-sentinel plugin, contributed by @tsukimiya
- Windows Codex bridge: the watch-once deadline is now bound by process lifetime, which removes a failure loop on hosts where startup is slow (reported with a full root-cause analysis by a user)
- Liveness no longer reads "cannot signal this process" as "process is gone"
- Windows status no longer labels a live bridge as a stale pidfile
