v1.1.0 adds the Subject Declaration baseline and auditable multi-adapter governance-chain generation.

Highlights:

  • Subject Declaration conditional modes, digest and conflict rejection
  • CLI/REST exposure, subject_ref, and read-only L4 reference
  • reproducible ecommerce, logistics and knowledge-conflict governance chains
  • protocol-schema validation and golden fixtures

Verification: 17 Subject/governance-chain focused tests passed; the contract remained green in later cumulative regression.
