Summary

• Keep the Stats header badge permanently Live while retaining internal freshness, retries, loading, and hard-error handling.
• Remove public freshness, retry, history-quality, coverage, and regional-delay notices plus their styles and translations.
• Update the Angular component suite to cover ready, partial, loading, and error presentation.

Validation

• Angular component tests, full repository tests, translation checks, localized 54-route production build, hreflang verification, and git diff checks passed.
