Added new EnumObject class to allow creation of manual enums.
Added new ObjectUtils class to allow operation with general objects.
Added function ReflectionUtils#isWrapper.
Updated Refl#getMethod to lookup for object before class.
Fixed ReflectionUtils#getConstructor getting invalid super class constructors.
Removed several unhelpful Nullable annotations.
