Messages!

TeleportEffects latest release introduces a whole new messaging system in the plugin.
Now, during a teleport, you can send messages to the players in form of ActionBars, BossBars, Chat messages and even Titles, as well as in-game sounds!

ToggleTeleportEffects Bug Fixed!

Thanks to p0ns's issue report, the /toggleteleporteffects command is now been fixed.
Also, it has been removed a bug occurring when the DURATION in config.yml was lower than 1.
