Is Fumadocs suitable for this use case ?

I would like to consult you if it is appropriate to build this use case using Fumadocs.
I want to build a document site. There are static documents and I think Fumadocs is the good choice.
There are dynamic documents. When user trigger a dynamic route, the handler will create an mdx and I assume Fumadocs will handle the rest (show the document on the page tree, search will include the created mdx)

Is it possible ? My experiment shows if I yarn dev, the newly created mdx will show up( in the left pane), but if I yarn build then yarn start, this won't happen.
