v1.2.0: More EVSE-IDs, empty response handling

Handles all EVSE-IDs thanks to a better regex.
Finally show an empty response to the user, instead of the generic "Cannot Connect".
Fix duplicate handling error caused by EVSE-ID being different in the response than from request.
