Fixes

• Ubuntu 24.04 / Pop!_OS 24.04 support (#6, #8) — previous packages were linked against glibc 2.43 and libadwaita 1.7, so they failed on anything older than Ubuntu 26.04. Packages are now built on Ubuntu 24.04 and need glibc ≥ 2.39, GTK ≥ 4.12 and libadwaita ≥ 1.5. The .deb/.rpm dependencies now carry those minimum versions, so apt/dnf refuse to install on an incompatible system instead of failing at runtime.
• Live preview without gtk4paintablesink (#7) — the GUI preview now renders through appsink (gst-plugins-base) and no longer needs gstreamer1.0-gtk4, which isn't packaged on Ubuntu 24.04.
• Hands held away from the body (#4) — portrait blur, background replace and studio light no longer punch holes in or drop hands raised against the background. The bundled hand models track each hand, and inside a region around it pixels are kept by skin color, so edges follow the real outline (finger gaps included) without a halo. Thanks @jordanful for the detailed analysis and measurements.

Internal

• scripts/build-packages.sh builds inside an Ubuntu 24.04 container (packaging/Containerfile) and fails if the binaries need a newer glibc than 2.39.
• The GUI's segmented controls are plain GTK toggle buttons instead of AdwToggleGroup.
• bump-version.sh updates the website version fallback and works with signed tags.
