Add support for OME datasets
Helper functions:

• prepare_ome_ds
• open_ome_ds

Breaking change:

• Added types to array metadata to define axis types. Supported types are "space", "time", "channel" and "{other}"
• "space" and "time" are both query-able with Rois and Coordinates. Every other axis type is treated like a channel dimension

Migration guide:

• anywhere you pass in chunk_shape in open_ds, prepare_ds, or Array, please use a key-word argument to pass in chunk_shape instead of using positional arguments since that will result in chunk_shape being passed in to the types argument. There is a helpful error message that will identify this as the potential cause of errors if types is a sequence of numbers and not a sequence of strings
