ok @cmalinmayor, @funkey ... this is a start, but it looks like github actions aren't running due to this being a PR from a non-code owner, with no existing workflows in this repo. Can someone perhaps just commit |

this can probably be merged as is. I suspect agglomerate is not yet working ... but we should probably use You can see working tests on macos and linux here: https://github.com/tlambert03/waterz/actions/runs/16974753694 |
