Bug-fix release for 9.4.0.

Highlights since v9.4.0:

- Integer comparison no longer overflows int32. varComp and the CalcOpt fast
  paths for <, >, <=, >=, <> and = computed a - b before testing the sign; that
  difference overflowed int32 and reversed the result, so for example
  2147483647 > -1 returned false. They now compare the operands directly.
