Stet v0.0.1 — first public release

Stet’s first public release: hand-sketched margin marks on live UI.

Add circles, underlines, highlights, arrows, sticky notes, and proofreader marks without replacing existing controls. Supports vanilla JavaScript, React, Vue, Svelte, and Angular, with TypeScript types and no core runtime dependencies.

Marks follow resizing, wrapped text, and scrolling. Seeded sketches provide repeatable geometry; optional hover resketching and stroke boil honor reduced-motion preferences. Notes and descriptions support accessible meaning while the original controls retain focus and click behavior.
