1_Getting set up on the cluster

Using Fred Hutch's cluster as a couple distinct advantages. You don't have download files to your local computer, and you can access your files from any computer (with VPN).

1. Get permission to rhino from SciComp

2. Run the following lines in terminal

ssh fred_hutch_username@rhino

ml fhR/4.2.0-foss-2021b

R

3. Then copy and paste this file into terminal

4. Then go to here

Make it look like this...

5. Refresh page and click on your gizmo link :)

6. Start using Rstudio! Click on these dots to navigate to the cluster.

Type in path to 'fast'

then find your lab's page and make a folder for yourself.

7. Start coding!
