Sync with upstream multica-ai/multica v0.5.3+5 → v0.6.1 plus three commits after v0.6.1 (upstream HEAD b4ca5b4a2, 56 commits across upstream v0.6.0 and v0.6.1). One merge: 762905468 (PR #119, up to v0.6.1+3), followed by the wakeup budget fix in PR #120.

Fork notes

• Sub-issue wakeups: upstream's wakeup v2 (MUL-7680) replaces the old child-done wake with an issue_child_event log, written by a database trigger, and a child_done system rule. Upstream's trigger does not know the fork's archive status, so fork migration 906_issue_child_event_archive adds a companion trigger: archiving the last open sub-issue still wakes the parent issue's assignee. The new wakeup queries also count archive as closed.
• Runtime cost budget on wakeups: wakeup runs, the sub-issue wakeup included, now respect the runtime cost budget (#119, #120). A reached budget refuses the run instead of deferring it: the rule moves on as if it had fired (a one-shot rule ends, a schedule advances), its error shows the reason without the limit or the running total, and the owner gets the budget inbox notice. "Wake now" answers 409 budget_exceeded, and its error toast shows the budget message instead of a generic conflict.
• PR merge status (MUL-7726): archive stays terminal in upstream's new merge automation, so a merge can't bring an archived issue back. The new target picker only offers started and done statuses, so archive is never a merge target.
• Attachment viewer (MUL-7650, MUL-7737, MUL-7759): adopts upstream's table, JSON/YAML and HTML-viewport kinds and the open-in-new-tab page. OnlyOffice stays a preview kind and keeps CSV files (TSV uses upstream's table). Upstream's new deliverables grid also loads media from the attachment's storage url and hides the OnlyOffice preview when OnlyOffice isn't configured.
• Inbox: the fork's runtime budget item sits beside upstream's new sub-issues-done notification on web, desktop and mobile, in every locale.
• Copilot: upstream narrowed the shared thinking-level cache to Claude, so the fork's Copilot reasoning-effort catalog gets its own cache.
• CLI help and the platform skill doc count archive as closed for --until-children-done and --until-issue-state ended.
• README (zh): takes upstream's rewrite without the star-history badges (they track upstream's repository) and the Discord / X links.

Rollout

• Upstream migrations 551–563 run on deploy: the PR merge status setting, wakeup v2 (expiry, system rules, conditions), the issue_child_event log and the local search index change log, with triggers on issue, comment and project. New indexes are built CONCURRENTLY. Migration 561 gives up after waiting 2 s for its trigger locks instead of queueing writers behind it; the next start retries it.
• Merging every PR linked to an issue now moves the issue to Done by default, with or without a closing keyword. Migration 551 pins pr_merge_status: none on workspaces that turned PR auto-complete off, or that have linked PRs whose merges did not all carry a closing keyword (including those with nothing merged yet), so the new default only reaches workspaces that never linked a PR or only ever merged keyword PRs.
• Fork migration 906_issue_child_event_archive adds the companion trigger for archive. Fork migrations stay in the reserved 900+ range.
• Web and desktop now keep a local search index per workspace (MUL-7754), on by default. Set FF_LOCAL_SEARCH_INDEX=off on the API server to make clients search through the server again.
• Self-host telemetry is unchanged from v0.5.3: on by default, and DO_NOT_TRACK=1 on the API server turns it off.
