Symbol Layout Customization and Alternative Presets

Add a way to customize layouts (I primarily mean the symbol layouts) and add some alternative presets. Including a layout for enabled number row.

Are there updates on this as in: Is this feature planned?

I'm assuming here that since keyboard layouts are just yaml it would be relatively easy to give users the ability to upload their own keyboard layouts. Would you prefer PR's for this? I haven't looked in the codebase much yet.

Update: I'm stupid, I didn't read the README 🤦
Since this feature is already present (only hidden under dev options) what's stopping this from being used in standard, non-developer mode?

@Sebbito Nothing at a technical level, the developer mode is just a setting that shows the developer settings. But at the product level it would need to be localized and made more user friendly otherwise it would confuse many users. There are no plans to do that currently

@abb128 makes sense. From my personal view adding a layout by activating dev mode and importing it from those settings solved my issue (very well) and thus I don't see this as anything that would need immediate attention 👍
