ImReady4's training advice, written for you each morning – no more MATLAB Mobile step.

Upgrading changes nothing until you switch it on: BRIDGE_IMREADY4_ENABLED=true (systemd env file,
-e for a container, .env on Windows and the Mac), with the TrainingAdvice wellness field ImReady4
uses. garmin-intervals-bridge imready4 shows today's advice first; imready4 --from DATE --compare
compares it with the values the field already holds.

Added

  • ImReady4 training advice, without the morning MATLAB step (optional, off
    by default): with BRIDGE_IMREADY4_ENABLED=true the bridge calculates
    ImReady4's advice (Rest / LIT / Planned / HIT) once last night's HRV and
    resting HR are in Intervals and writes it into the existing
    TrainingAdvice field – an independent implementation of the script's
    scoring (4.43): 20·ln(rMSSD) and resting HR as z-scores against the last 30
    days with the population SD, ImReady4's zones. Intervals requests only;
    only an empty field is written, never a locked day, nothing without the
    night's values or 14 measured days; read back and done once a day.
    imready4 previews a day, compares a range with the values already there
    and fills days without advice (--apply, --overwrite). Agrees with the
    script's reference results on 30 of 30 days and with 1,196 of 1,225 days on
    the reference account. See docs/IMREADY4.md.
