New shoes in Garmin Connect reach Intervals by themselves.

If you set up gear with gear --create --apply before this version, run it once more
(gear --create --include-retired --apply): that is what lets the scheduled runs create
new gear from now on.

Changed

• gear --create --apply is remembered: from then on the scheduled runs also
  create gear that appears in Garmin Connect later (a new pair of shoes) and
  put it on its activities; gear --apply --no-create stops that. A later
  gear --apply without --create keeps it.
