A presentation and verification release for the hand-curated Tidings RSS catalog.

• Rebuilt the English and Chinese guides around source quality, representative publishers, researchers, creators, and official feeds.
• Published nine ready-to-import OPML collections: Complete, AI, News, Research, Blogs, Engineering, Videos, Podcasts, and Chinese.
• Replaced the import preview with a real Tidings capture after 44/44 News and 28/28 Research refreshes, showing a fully fetched MIT Technology Review article with a loaded lead image and no visible fetch failures.
• Replaced a persistently slow research endpoint with the current official Amazon Science feed and revalidated the Research collection.
• Kept the catalog at 627 live, deduplicated feeds; checksums are included in SHA256SUMS.txt.

All OPML files remain standards-compatible. Tidings is the recommended reader because the catalog and capture use its production import, fetch, full-text, and image paths.
