Initial public release

• Manage installed DSH web-profile plugins from Settings > Plugin Manager.
• List, enable, disable, install, and remove plugins without using the terminal.
• Install and removal reconcile dsh.profile.bundles automatically.
• Write operations use the local Host/trustedHosts and same-origin browser trust fence.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add github:fuyao606/dsh-plugin-manager

Restart dsh web, then hard-refresh the browser and open Settings > Plugin Manager.
