decision-records 0.3.0 adds tests/claims.sh, a bench of predicates over what the documentation
claims: case counts, stub numbers, coverage site counts, the number of checks written in prose
above the table listing them, and that every code has a line saying when it cannot apply.
Six rounds of re-reading had been run on this plugin and by the last ones most findings were
about the previous round's corrections. A chain like that has no natural end. A green bench
says what was checked and how; another reading that found nothing says neither.
