• Auto-dismiss for non-live (plain message) island cards, with an opt-in
  duration in Cast settings (never, 5s, 10s, 15s, 30s). Live cards —
  media, live scores, navigation, calls, progress — are never affected.
• "Ignore silenced notifications" setting (default on): muted/silenced
  chat threads no longer get cast, scoped so it can never affect a live
  card regardless of that app's channel importance.
• Cast tab reorganized: Casting is now the first card. Setup collapses
  to a single "Setup ✓" line and only auto-expands if something's
  actually wrong (notification access or battery unrestriction off).
  Sample cards are now collapsed by default too.
