Hotfix for v1.3.0:

• Waze no longer gets built into an empty driving-navigation card — its
  only notification is a bare "Running. Tap to open." notice with no
  turn data at all. It's left out of NavigationCard's app list, and
  still casts as an ordinary generic card like before; turn it off in
  the Apps tab if you don't want that.
