Diagnostic-only PR for #45. MUST NOT MERGE.
Runs only the four Today Picks DuckDB query regressions observed in full-suite diagnostic #34, with full traceback and a bounded execution window.
No production/test behavior is modified. Evidence will be recorded on #45 and used to split a bounded durable Worker only after the current query contract is identified.
Artifact-boundary verdict: process-only; close without merge after evidence capture.
