gfortran 15.3 for Tahoe (macOS 26)

Standalone installer of GCC 15.3, including gfortran, for macOS Tahoe (macOS 26):

• gfortran-15.3-Tahoe.dmg for Apple Silicon computers
• package for Intel computers is not available at this time

Note:

• The compilers are built from the maintainer’s branch at https://github.com/iains/gcc-15-branch/ and include some patches over the official release
• Another distribution of GCC/gfortran for macOS, more frequently updated, is available through Homebrew
