Fixed

• Landing page and web terminal: the Stockbit tools (idx_orderbook,
  idx_stockbit_status, idx_stockbit_login) are now listed in the one
  shared tools source (web/public/tools.js) and docs/mcp.md, not only
  the landing-page table, so the three stay in step. The terminal's
  tool-list wording and count no longer call the CLI-only tools
  "idx.co.id" now that the Stockbit tools are among them. No change to the
  idx binary.
