History

Dated incident logs and closed-out work.

• Changelog — dated history of the model bake-off, live-testing incidents, and architecture fixes, split into parts (Recent, Findings From Live Testing, and a two-part earlier Investigation Log). Was ROADMAP.md's "History" section.
• Completed — finished ROADMAP items, a flat list rather than a dated log. Was ROADMAP.md's "Completed" section.

Model Research

Everything about which model DeepDelve runs on, and why.

• Model Bake-off — full local-model bake-off history and verdicts, one entry per candidate tried. Was MODELS.md.
• Literature Review — SOTA literature review backing DeepDelve's architecture decisions, split into 6 parts by topic (Verified Papers, Leads & Corrections, Architecture Synthesis, Hardware & Serving, and a two-part Bake-off Findings). Was RESEARCH.md.

Reviews & Audits

Standalone reviews of DeepDelve against its own goals and against comparable projects.

• Academic Compliance Review — audit of DeepDelve against its primary reference paper (DelveAgent, arXiv:2606.18648) and the 2026 literature. Was feedback/academic_compliance_and_literature.md.
• Comparative Analysis — DeepDelve vs. nashsu/llm_wiki and CYC2002tommy/Deep-Research-Agent. Was feedback/comparative_analysis.md.
• Landscape Survey — survey of the open-source deep research agent landscape and architectural patterns considered for DeepDelve. Was feedback/deep_research_landscape.md.
• Codebase Review — a strict architecture/code critique of DeepDelve. Was feedback/project_review.md.
