RustHound-CE v2.5.26

Adds ESC13 (certificate issuance policy group links), plus three session-collection fixes.

Added:

• ESC13: CertTemplate certificatepolicy + IssuancePolicy oidgrouplink/GroupLink, enabling the ExtendedByPolicy and OIDGroupLink edges in BloodHound CE (#95, #96). Thanks @marbas207.

Fixed:

• -c RegistryOnly ran no session module since v2.5.20; does_session() is now derived from srvsvc/wkssvc/registry (#89, #90).
• Session lists marked Collected: true even when not read; now default false, true only on a successful call, else FailureReason (#91, #92).
• SMB modules signed in to --domain instead of the account's domain from -u; smb_identity() now uses the domain from -u with a --domain fallback (#93, #94).
