• SteamVR now correctly saves and loads in the VR Runtime dropdown.

• The OpenXR Runtime dropdown existed in the UI but was never connected to the configuration system.
• Selection was not written to the config file.
• Correctly restores your previous selection when reopening Configuration.

• Default Sim matching used return instead of break
