TermHQ v0.2.3
Fixes the incomplete macOS app bundle signature in v0.2.2 that caused “TermHQ is damaged and can’t be opened.” The complete macOS bundle is now ad-hoc signed and its signature is verified during release builds.
macOS (Apple silicon): Download TermHQ_0.2.3_aarch64.dmg, open it, and replace TermHQ in Applications. Settings and saved workspaces are preserved. This release is not Apple-notarized: after the first launch is blocked, open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway, then confirm.
Windows: Installers are included to keep the updater version consistent. Windows functionality is unchanged; the installer still shows a SmartScreen warning.
