Addresses five items from docs/W8_WEAK_POINTS_AUDIT.md: - A1 paper-delta 141->137 (three sites in $4.5) + errata note - Finding #1 -> docs/SILICON_SLIP_CONTINGENCY.md (slip 3/6/12 scenarios) - Finding #5 -> README Metrics row: 108.6 dB disclaimer (digital loopback only) - Finding #6 -> docs/REGULATORY_STATUS.md (single source of truth for 5.8 GHz) - Finding #8 -> CONTRIBUTING.md (15-minute human quickstart) Numbers cited: 137 passed on main @ 13e4692 (v1.2 rule). Gate v2 N=5 -> 5/5 PASS on branch head (v1.3 rule). phi^2 + phi^-2 = 3
Adds two docs to the W8 bundle: - docs/W8_COMPETITOR_WATCH_2026-07-05.md: source-cited watch across DePIN mesh (Helium/Althea/WeatherXM/XNET/Pollen+DIMO/GEODNET) and PUF/FPGA silicon (Intrinsic ID/PUFsecurity/Verayo/eMemory) axes. Every value carries a fetched URL; unconfirmed values marked n.a. - docs/W8_DECOMPOSED_PLAN.md: synthesis of W7 weak-points x W8 competitor threats into a pressure matrix, showing findings #1/#2/#7 as the critical triangle. Documents what W8 closed (in this PR) and what W9 will address as two design docs (Compute-arm interim attestation, bootstrap operator program). phi^2 + phi^-2 = 3
