Feel of Speed

As an older Richard Burns Rally player I'm used to feel the trees go fast by the car speed. On Assetto Corsa this seems to be different. My car seems to get up to 180km/h and i can't feel anything on my eyes.

This also happens on GRally. The Abarth seems to go up to 100Km/h but the feel of speed is not correct. I feel that the car moves slower that expected.

@GBratsos : What FOV where you running in each games? It can change the feel of speed a lot.

I use the default FOV, driving from the cockpit. Even driving on the hood doesn't make any difference. Can you suggest a FOV in order to try?

Yet I rarely used the right FOV because I find it restricts the view too much. Even on my 50" (127 cm) TV. But it does impact the speed feel and distance feel. A triple screen setup or VR would be much better to use the correct FOV and see if the sense of speed is OK.

Also, it seems at the moment they are not any tracks like in RBR that are really tight forest course so that also plays.
