feat(brand): rebrand the client as G2W Monitor

Renames the binary, packages, installer, window title, icons and in-app
strings for the G2W Tecnologia product, points website/support links and the
update feed at our own endpoints, and keeps a new installer GUID so it never
tries to upgrade an existing Bluecherry install.

The GPL v3 attribution is preserved and made explicit: the About screen and
the Windows version resources credit the original Bluecherry Client and state
that this is a modified version under the same license.

Android and iOS identifiers are deliberately untouched - changing them needs
new Firebase configuration files, which is a separate step.
