coreinit coverage is complete for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 — all 162
coreinit symbols the game imports are implemented, measured by the import
census rather than estimated.

Corpus coreinit symbols Title requirements covered
Black Ops 2 (Wii U) 162 / 162 100%
Homebrew (4 titles) 169 / 347 59.4%

This does not mean the game runs. It means one of the system libraries
it needs is done. gx2, snd_core, padscore and the recompilation
runtime itself are all still missing — see scope.

What this is not

A port. Black Ops 2 imports 440 symbols from 16 libraries; coreinit is 162
of them. Still absent: gx2, snd_core, padscore, the networking families,
and the entire static recompilation layer that would turn PowerPC code into
something Horizon can execute.

What is done is the foundation those all sit on: threads, synchronisation,
memory, filesystem, timing. Nothing else can be built without it.
