RokuLab 0.1.0-alpha.8

Adds explicit SceneGraph extension loading, live Worker field mutations/runtime events in the Inspector, serialized hot-reload restarts, startup --project, an exactly-once observer fixture, and an automated IEDB visual navigation/detail/Back flow. Roadmap 0.2 remains open for hierarchical live node-ID mapping and validated live field editing. Windows x64 portable is unsigned.
