The quality line shows the bitrate on a lossy source, where no bit depth
is reported and the sample rate separates nothing: 44.1 kHz is universal
there. A lossless codec keeps its sample rate even without a bit depth,
since its bitrate describes the file rather than what is heard. Lossless
output is unchanged.

A DIDL-Lite document that breaks part way through now yields the fields
read before it, rather than being discarded whole. Devices send an
illegal control character inside a text field often enough, and XMLParser
reports each element as it reads it. Reaching no item still returns nil.
