get_system_performance()
🔹 Retrieves combined system performance information (CPU + RAM) in JSON format.

🖥️ CPU:
get_cpu_usage()
🔹 Measures current CPU usage as a percentage.

monitor_cpu_usage(duration, interval)
🔹 Monitors CPU usage over a specified duration with a set interval between readings.
